Generation TECH is the national platform for digital competences and upskilling for your professionals, launched in 2019 with support from Google.org. We’ve developed it on the basis of a model owned by Digital Nation: RDEM.
REMOTE DIGITAL EDUCATION MODEL is built on facilitated learning and practical experiences, team development and guiding from our mentors. Classes are online 100% on our virtual platform, where members get access to the entire community and various groups for learning. The model supports constant progress, using the favorite medium for young generations, while gamifying collaboration and discipline. This model mixes short theoretical phases with applied sessions. Resembling continuous integration tactics from tech companies, the model evaluates its students permanently, in multiple formats: 1 to 1 with the mentor or in groups. Each program has a fixed duration and it ends with participants having the practical experience for a job in the field. With 12 to 14 hours of study per week, Generation TECH is one of the most efficient educational programs to date.
